Mohamed Oulkhouir is a consultant to Cruzlaw brought about through his close 10 year working relationship with us. He is a French-qualified “avocat” specializing in litigation and HR-related work Mohammed delivers practical, business-focused solutions, providing clear answers in this increasingly complex area of law. He advises a significant number of French and international industrial and commercial groups on collective and individual labour relations, collective dismissals, audits and out-sourcing. In particular, he has advised international clients in Morocco and Tunisia on expansion projects. Mohamed also assists with corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience in due diligence, contractual negotiation, acquisitions and restructurings, and commercial contracts.
